JoeMiguel, coined “El Rey de Los Rizos,” is a Dominican-native hairstylist who embarked his career in the beauty industry in 2005. He has become an educator of textured hair types and founder the Precision Curl Cut technique that has transformed the shape and health of curly hair for our community.
